We equip the laboratory with reliable tools and test methods for product development and maintaining quality, such as: rheometer, tensometer, Mooney viscometer, aging tester, hardness tester, dispersion meter, and specific gravity meter. Apart from that, we also carry out tests directly and regularly.

And to guarantee the accuracy of testing, our test equipment and measuring instruments are calibrated regularly and on a schedule and ensure that every product produced meets the quality standards set by SNI.

Through the use of advanced testing equipment and ongoing research, our laboratory is essential in supporting the latest innovations and developments in the inner tube industry, so that consumers receive safe and reliable products for safe driving.

Products

Flap / Tire Flap
Flap (tyre flap) has several variations of designation in several regions, for example tire shawl, tire slider, tire tongue, belly tire, concubine, and so on.
Marset is a rubber-based automotive component that is used as a coating between rims and inner tubes. The marset's function is to protect the inner tire from heat and friction with the rim. Marset is generally used for large vehicles such as trucks, light trucks, minibuses, large transportation equipment and other heavy vehicles. In these types of vehicles, as a result of the large load, the rims will produce heat which can result in damage to the inner tube. Marset functions to reduce the impact of heat and friction that occurs so that the life of the inner tire will be longer.

Auto Inner Tube
Car and Truck Tires produced by PT. SARANAJAYA SERBAGUNA is marketed under the brands NYB, ANGKASA, and DGK which are superior brands.

Solid Tyre
Solid tires or wheelbarrow tires are a type of tire made from solid material, usually rubber, which is very resistant to wear and damage. These tires are specifically designed for use on wheelbarrows, which are often used in various applications such as industry, agriculture or construction.
